Conditions of sale:

Upon confirming your reptile a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. We are happy to hold the animal for purposes of licence applications, convenient times for pick up etc provided you have paid your deposit.

If your buying from interstate we send out via AAE to most major airports the 1st week of the month unless otherwise agreed, prices vary from state to state but a fee of $80 freight will apply up to 2kg. On deposit or payment your full licence details need to be supplied to us for Import Permits. Unfortunately this must include your residential address as per QLD licence regulations, any information given to us is privileged information and will not be passed on. It is also your responsibility to apply stately for your Import Permit into your state. We are NOT permitted by law to export from QLD to WA, Tas or outside of Australia, we are only allowed to export to Vic, NSW, SA & NT. Please don't be offended when we decline a sale due to you being in a state we CANNOT ship too. Our Licence details for your permit will be supplied to you upon deposit being received.

Payment Plans:

We offer payment plans to suit most peoples needs, generally for a maximum of 12 weeks/3months as long as regular payments are being paid. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your chosen reptile, we will send out a confirmation email with a payment schedule for your convenience (including freight charges if required).

If a payment is missed 2 weeks consecutive we will cancel your order and refund you all moneys except for the 20% deposit.
